Who is Alexandra Cousins?

Hi, I’m Alexandra Cousins.

My greatest passion has always been health and human optimisation. From the age of 5, I was obsessed with finding out what the source of dis-ease was.

For years I stumbled around in the dark, trying everything under the sun on my own healing journey. Being in the care of so many practitioners and following so many different systems and spending a HUGE amount of money. Becoming hopeful, only to be disappointed again and then believing that maybe there was something wrong with me.

I've gone from being totally sold on the medical system, to being fully into Ayurveda and yoga, to being fully into functional medicine, to being radically about raw foods and fasting, juicing, cleansing and plant medicines, and much more.

After many long years of trial and error, I finally arrived at a much more integrated understanding of the place where science-backed bioregenerative medicine meets the best of holistic therapies, with a deep understanding of the role that our personal and emotional evolution play on the path of healing and regeneration.

My approach is a balanced mix of cutting edge western medical science (that goes far beyond what they teach in med school), and research-backed holistic health strategies, so that you can take and use the best from both worlds.
